I have completed the tenure of 2years 6months for Insnap and I must say that it is a great has a great company policy and an excellent work culture. it also provide you with job security and a few perks which we generally get in any typical MNC. The management is supportive and is always ready to help you if any problem occurs.

Dislikes

The company does not have flexible timings and always offers work from home only for some department. I also noticed that some are very competitive so you need to work hard to see yourself at a better position.

I have been working for this company for over a year now and I must say that I have got a chance to learn from so many expert professionals of the company. I started out as a rookie but the advice and support of my teammates helped me become a professional. The company has a great work culture and is also very inclusive.

Dislikes

We would definitely have liked it if we had more fun team- building activities.

Dislikes

Bad work culture, the employers do not keep up their word, assign task more than the persons potential and we slog. There is no process or sync making it really hard to follow. They do not trust their employees and there no such thing as happiness. Very dry, dull and strict!

TBH work is good but sometimes seems hectic. for me commute is convenient so I took the role and also to keep learning at medium pace.

Dislikes

requirements and project timelines are not well conveyed and too many projects at same time we cant even give good justice as a designer to any of them. Training could have been better since i am experienced i am able to manage adhoc.
