I've thoroughly enjoyed working at InSnap for the past six months. Starting as an intern and now serving as an SEO specialist, InSnap has proven to be an ideal place for acquiring new skills. The team is fantastic, and the level of training and support has been excellent. The fast-paced environment has been both challenging and motivating, significantly enhancing my skillset.

TBH work is good but sometimes seems hectic. for me commute is convenient so I took the role and also to keep learning at medium pace.

requirements and project timelines are not well conveyed and too many projects at same time we cant even give good justice as a designer to any of them. Training could have been better since i am experienced i am able to manage adhoc.

I like nothing about working at Insnap Technology Pvt Ltd. Because once there was an argument between me and the CEO. The company basically sells email addresses of decision makers and businesses across the Industry which isn't accurate and quality. They just source contacts from random LinkedIn profiles and online sites. Anyway, I was writing a landing page content for "Hospital CFO Email List" in the which there was particular sections called segmentation options and customizable data fields. In which I added tech stack as one of the point in a data field section, which means you can even customize hospital CFOs contacts based on the type of tech stack they use. However, the guy was so mad at me and was so rude. He literally blamed me of using ChatGPT and asked me to provide case study regarding that. I was like dude every CFO (chief financial officer) use tech software for handling finance management of hospitals. Back to business, prior this particular argument with the CEO everything was fine for me in that company. But after this particular incident my manager started showing unnecessary attitude to me. I dislike everything about working at Insnap Technology Pvt Ltd. There was an incident that happened with me, when I was working there. These people hired a specimen who was mentally unstable, the day she entered the organization it was okay. She was on her own and she was hired along with other two girls. The other two girls were always used to hangout together, leaving the unstable girl behind, so I used to feel bad for her. But one day, due to some dynamic adjustment or someone reason, which I clearly don't know. This unstable girl was shifted to a place which was adjacent to me. Then everything started becoming very very weird and sus. She used to whisper on her own, she used to laugh very suddenly giving me a mini heart attacks. I ignored all this, but one day she suddenly out of nowhere started yelling at me saying that I shake my bottle in a very weird and sexually appealing way. I was like "gurlllll seriously," my bottle was steel one and I used to check whether the level of water by shaking it. Where I'm I wrong and how can you yell at me...??? Even after that big drama I let it go. But the very next day she started cussing me in a very foul and filthy language and it was very embarrassing for me.
