Hostile and toxic, Mangers and vp here are corrupted. You just can't with stand the politics here. Either you should listen to them like you know nothing and work like kooli or rebel and be questioned about what you work every day. Overall, if you looking for a company where you don't care for integrity and type of work you are young to do this is a best choice. Only when you do something which your managers are working on you will be appreciated with an 'on the spot' award else even if you do tons of good work that you manger had no knowledge about, you are just not appreciated.
