The work life balance is good , work is not too much but so is the exposure limited.

Their products are outdated. ERP products were good but with cloud the idea of the products is not only expensive and poor at performance but the quality is not upto the market standards.

Technology wise the technical code writing is extremely limited. Functionally if you are self motivated you may drive the product but eventually you will loose interest because of poor bureaucratic policies.
