A culture of work, with amazing team members and senior mentors that is helpful, and the task is that is manageable. Leave management policy is best thing here. If somebody need holiday you will get very easily. you just have to keep your current work complete.

Nothing, its a fake company with no owner no ethics,dont fall into the trap as they dont even pay you the salary at all.
