Nowadays in our quality department I feel it’s very difficult to work even single day due to poor leadership and bad work politics in unit-1. personally I think management is not focusing on Kalol plant. In unit 1 quality department senior level person is doing politics and scroll us very badly and treat like slave. I feel very hadfor inoxcva future because due to this company’s quality department will loose good employees soon due to egoistic, rudest, kaamchor &every time complaining person. Even after seeing lots of comments nobody took serious action against him. Evern management promoted him last year. Such a bad culture. I wish we should all leave this company soon and Mr. Egoistic manager of unit-1 will take entire responsibility to run the department rather than complain to HOD and creating nonsense everyday. Top management has poor mindset and not interested to run the company. Highest egotistic and poor HR management. Don’t join this company because it will destroy your life and you will feel failure yourself due to kind of torture your Management do with you . Entire company is facing failure of whole management. Dual behaviour of Hod level management to their bottom level team. I don’t know why such kind of politics need to play by HOD in every department? Nowadays in this worst time and culture of company, they need to focus on building of team at bottom level rather than doing politics and break the team. Company middle management have very poor mindset , poor production planning which cannot help to achieve targets doesn’t matter one engineer work 24 hours because managers level people are lazy and doesn’t want to leave their chair and having attitude like government employee. I worked earlier in small company but after joining INOXCVA I understand that company’s planning to procurement, job planing and execution is fail because of poor management and it’s old & rigid , failure mindset. Top level of INOXCVA management only one statement we hear is I need it at any cost and don’t want to listen and don’t want to understand the system failure of floor shop which is already ruined by them only . Company’s production is execution by contractor only with poor quality such a poor performance.
