In Present scenario very poor culture

Nowadays in our quality department I feel it’s very difficult to work even single day due to poor leadership and bad work politics in unit-1. personally I think management is not focusing on Kalol plant. In unit 1 quality department senior level person is doing politics and scroll us very badly and treat like slave. I feel very hadfor inoxcva future because due to this company’s quality department will loose good employees soon due to egoistic, rudest, kaamchor &every time complaining person. Even after seeing lots of comments nobody took serious action against him. Evern management promoted him last year. Such a bad culture. I wish we should all leave this company soon and Mr. Egoistic manager of unit-1 will take entire responsibility to run the department rather than complain to HOD and creating nonsense everyday. Some of unit have good working culture but you will never learn technical anything you have just do work like donkey.... No matter if you are employee or not .... Manegement is third class & irregular responsibility. No any employee satisfaction. Work is more important than your life and family issues....do not join company I think company already know they are third class that's why sign a bond for everyone 😂...Read More

1. While joining 2 years bond with highly toxic culture which feels like cheated 2. Most of managers and heads in department are just setting & don’t work 3. Politics are very bad which leads to resigning 4.Top management are just interested in increasing sale and production Rather than stopping all this non sense in all the departments ‘My advice to management is to Look in all the department managers if they are not worthwhile just utilise them is other non technical works to avoid such nonsense Please try to imrove work culture and throw out those people who are creating bad images of company Deploy secret person who will give actual feed back to management and meet all middle level management persons who are creating nonsense and politics otherwise employees will not able to work and need to resign...Read More
