Initially they talk big things

Dislikes

The top management is not structured . There is no clarity in organisation chart and communication channel etc lot of confusions within the departments.. Though it is a listed company, but works like a proprietery managment style.. Many employees F&F settlement etc is poorly managed and they donot pay the pending salaries for years.
