Work culture is very Good, free hold to take decision, job Security, very good annual increment better then market or competitors, market leader, huge self development with practical knowledge. Travel policies are good.

Dislikes

Get Promotion after long way, no incentive form sales team, no training session, poor safety policies no chance to revised basic salary if got low in starting.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Job is quite interesting. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
