Good place to learn and great team with awesome skills. On-time pay, flexible timings

Dislikes

Worst HR leadership team. HR lacks awareness of basic processes and basic skills. Every time we hear "I don't know and will get back to you" and finally no response at all. Very poor management skills. HR Team delegates responsibility to other teams as they don't know to manage. Leadership team won't be in the office if CEO is not in office. The company is no more a 'Family'

The leadership is excellent and I see company up on the growth curve. Few aspects I love about the company are: 1. Transparency 2. Employee focused and promises good growth 3. Salary is competitive to market standards 4. Worklife balance is great and well managed

Nothing that pops up in my head. In this recession period and heavy competitive market, I wish Inovar tech all the very best to gain more clients and maintain up trajectory

There’s nothing to like in this company

Dislikes

Very poor management skills and project execution. Less or no projects at all and the company growth is stagnated for almost 7 years. The CEO is not a trustworthy leader as he doesn’t give importance to client project execution and drops clients like hotcakes. Heavy spying culture. The appraisals are pathetic. Once again the CEO ensures that he keeps costs under control by not providing upskilling thereby blaming the workforce for poor appraisal. It’s been stagnant at just 40 people company for years. And the CEO doesn’t allow it to grow maybe because he’s complacent with this number. There’s absolutely no growth in this company whatsoever. They lose projects like hotcakes. Their solutions to technology is nascent and medieval. The CEO has to be involved in everything and doesn’t give a free hand. He’s a control freak. Very negative culture. They even reinvent the company outings from the norm. Very less salaries and heavy variable to ensure the CEO saves money on early exits and that he doesn’t have to pay variable. The CEO creates a growth plan out of a power point that’s pointless because it’s not backed by strategy or a growth initiative. It’s just lip service to keep the workforce busy. The workplace has good tea and snacks available in the common areas working as it's in the co-working space

The CEO manages the company poorly without any organizational growth. there are not enough projects to work on and the whole company survives on a couple of projects. the workforce especially the management and the top technical guys are full of egos that they cannot make even a proper solution. the CEO is very adamant in sticking to his confusing goals technically and financially. he does not hire the right talent and hires talent that screws up the projects. the CEO allows moonlighting to keep his costs down. very unprofessional, indisciplined processes and top management that's good for nothing except shaking their heads 'Yes Sir' to the CEO with no thoughts, plans, or designs of their own....Read More

The company is badly managed with the CEO controlling everything and no new projects for over a decade. HR is unreliable and inefficient, changing frequently and failing to support employees. Project Managers are pathetic, lacking leadership and experience. Appraisals are unfair, based on favoritism rather than performance. The delivery manager is rude, overly strict with leaves and WFH.
