Dislikes

They don’t say any working hours make you to work for 12 hours in a day minimum 12 hours, company started operations in India it’s been 2 yrs now since then company had layoff for 5 times.every year twice they will do layoff, No proper compensation to employees

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. No job security. Suddenly one day they will schedule a meeting and force you to submit resignation. And that too, not because of performance. There leadership is unclear about the company goals and roadmap. It's better to not join this company only because of high salary.
