Supportive team members Cooperative managers HR listens to react and delivers the result as per time taken, agrees on a slight delay, but they do for sure. Flexible working style Personal and professional time No micro-management

When I was associated with them, I was finding all flaws but now I realize that I wish I could join back.

Good working environment and teammates are supportive. The management is easily approachable. On the job training. Laptops are provided and hybrid work culture i.e work-from-home and work- from- office.

Dislikes

Career growth is solely based on experience and not based on performance or expertise. A job designation based on my background was not available.
