Hr is pathetic he only know how to dutct reimbursement from employee. Do not listen to your issue always sayes I am busy I will call you later but never call backs. When you call after working hours he says call me in office hours but when he had work with us he an call us any time.

Innovsorce services is good manpower sourcing firm, but it has to improve their working environment for their employees. Company has too much pressure environment with not supporting HR policies, Managers cut your leaves and applied leaves without any prior information.
