What I liked in Innovare is, management is facilitating the free food and free travel to all the employees irrespective of designation.

I can not explain in a single statement, hence please consider below bullet points as my dissatisfaction about company, Job security is zero, best example is, if any batch failed due to any employee, he will get the relieaving letter (In this type of issues, management along with HR will take the resign letter from concern employeesforcefully. Work culture in all the departments are very poor, especially in quality department. No perfect policies, Management will make the one page policies according to the situations. Company working Times are, If any consultency audits, we need to work 2:30 hours daily extra without knowing audit dates, week off will be week by week and if any customer audits, we need to come previous Sunday of audit and early morning 6 o clock of the audit day. These timings also, management will make a single policy with either HR sign or Factory head sign. It should be followed strictly, if any one needs to go to home early, means 6 PM (After office hours) we need to take permission with quality head and factory head.
