This is a Genuine review..If you are willing to join, then its ur bad time and like inviting bad luck.. Eventhough performance is good, they make unallocate and terminate from organization if the company has budget issues..

This is a genuine review..Terrible, no process, no replies to mails from Delivery managers and main thing is no job security and not a MNC CMMI level 3 at all, it deserves zero level

Nothing to be honest....irresponsive, irresponsible and least concerned senior management. They never pay attention even to your gravest query. If you send mail, try pinging in Skype....nothing..radio silence and the phone numbers are hidden too to make things worse. Meanwhile you can see same manager sends happy birthday and funny quizes in mail, their only task in Outlook is sending such mails, 5 to 6 times a day. I haven't seen cab facility for employees. Insurance policy is an absolute disaster for any married employee. In the company you will see employees fighting for pens and notepads...that scarse in materials, that makes one wonder about how the other facilities. If you are at client site as contract-to-hire and your project gets cancelled altogether or frozen for an indefinite time period...boom...you are sacked from Innominds as well within 15 calendar days. Irresponsible management. Your queries will never be answered, you won't get "we are looking into this" / "I am busy right now, but I will certainly get back to you" answers ever. You will never feel worthy or heard by management, talk to stone wall rather. Employee benefits and facilities are close to nil. No job security if you are hired here and sent to client's office. If client says "no", Innominds will say "NOOO" to you. Why we should work for them and desatisfied ? A sea of other companies are spread across the country.
