I have been part of the organisation for more than 5 years. The type of work culture and flexibility Innofied provides, I doubt if I will get such an environment elsewhere. Every ex-eployee of Innofied says the same thing - "The experience we had at Innofied, is a no match"

1. Flexible hours. 2. Flat hierarchy and good work/life balance. 3. Lots of trust and freedom are given which produces great result. 4. Lots of variety in terms of projects. 5. Management is very approachable and tries very hard to make it a fun and fulfilling place to work.

Innofied is a diverse inclusive group of highly intelligent people. It makes work really fun. I always looking forward to come to office every Monday after the weekend. I don't know how many people can say that. The meetings really engage people and make sure everyone is the part of the meetings.

Innofied gives too many learning opportunities that some time I feel like I cannot absorb it all.

Excellent work ethics and culture. Psychologically safe environment to really be contribute and know your ideas are being incorporated. emotionally intelligent people who genuinely care about others. so many happy people work together with shared vision, ambition and flawless work ethics. People here are smart, thoughtful, very collaborative and supportive and they are quite funny too.

I will be very frank.. The work life balance may differ according to project. According to me the work was never an issue with in the project. its just that you should be knowing what you are doing and you are working as per the client requirement. Management team and seniors are very helpful and friendly. Their company policy, leave policy, health insurance policy is very transparent and beneficial.
