Innofied has a rare bunch of incredibly talented people who are focused on creating great products and being good people. Thanks to this environment, I felt my skills increase massively since the day I have joined here fresh out of university and I am grateful to have been able to be a part of this journey.

I honestly can't think of a negative that would make me feel hesitant to work here. No company is "perfect" but Innofied ticks a LOT of boxes.

Innofied is a diverse inclusive group of highly intelligent people. It makes work really fun. I always looking forward to come to office every Monday after the weekend. I don't know how many people can say that. The meetings really engage people and make sure everyone is the part of the meetings.

Innofied gives too many learning opportunities that some time I feel like I cannot absorb it all.

Excellent work ethics and culture. Psychologically safe environment to really be contribute and know your ideas are being incorporated. emotionally intelligent people who genuinely care about others. so many happy people work together with shared vision, ambition and flawless work ethics. People here are smart, thoughtful, very collaborative and supportive and they are quite funny too.

I will be very frank.. The work life balance may differ according to project. According to me the work was never an issue with in the project. its just that you should be knowing what you are doing and you are working as per the client requirement. Innofied has some great core values to create boundaries. An envelope to work within. everyone is welcome here. everyone feels comfortable and included here. I got lots of opportunities to learn and grow. There is no office politics. Flexibility and freedom when it comes to when and how to work.

Management team and seniors are very helpful and friendly. Their company policy, leave policy, health insurance policy is very transparent and beneficial. The best thing about this company is its culture. Everyone is given equal opportunity to grow professionally and personally. everyone is very professional and very transparent about everything. There is zero corporate politics. You'll surround by incredibly smart and very nice fun loving people around you. The HR policy and leave policy is very transparent.
