Good work environment and culture . Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent . There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is is slow

Company don't provide t-shirt and jackets/sweater for consultant so I think this is not good about company, because consultant is very important for company so company would like to pay attention for there consultant and provide them t-shirts in summer and jackets/sweater in winter. The way they move their employees form one place to another. In my 6 months of training I have to shift 3 time and change my whole location form one city to another.

As it was my first job . The training session were good. We have deep knowledge of the products of OPPO . And with 2 months I got promoted to sales executive manager post. But just because of the location I have to give up this job.
