Work with Chinese person is terrible, They make their own set of mind, your views not match with them, see you as Cheater. YES BOSS is only a key to survive in organization. No good pay scale. I learnt many things and earn experience. Suddenly a day transfer in other department without discussion with me. I dont have experience of that dept. this was strategy to remove me.
