According to me if you are working hard work and get salary as you want you as you should work hard but but they believe your senior should be or who is personal senior, policies is you should work as your HR says or your boss says,they want wark per as Chinese work. Management is good but policies is not satisfactory.

It's basically Chinese base company.there is no job security for any level of employees..work pressure more than the expectation, working hours start 9am to 11:30 pm means no personal life u can enjoy with your family No salary appraisal in year.
