Dislikes

Salary not provided ontime ( salary date will be mid or after mid of month ) for offroll employees. Lot of politics rolled over contract employees. Contract employees were pushed to do extra work rather than his/her roles and responsibilities. If you not obeyed to do other works you will get fired and contract period will get closedin one day itself. Don't join Ingersoll Rand as a contract employee. No support, no issues were addressed and no solutions will be provided for contact employees. Other than above issues everything other same onroll benefits will be provided to offroll employees also....Read More
