Likes

Not good for freshers. They sogns bond and after that not behave as told. Does so may fraud things but we can not do anything against him. But my opinion to not join such a company

Dislikes

Nothing is good not management, nor seniors behaviour, not enough salary as well. Nothing is good there.

Work Details

Bad experience. I had one year bond there. After 1 year they not incremented my salary and when we say them they behaves roughly.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
