The Environment and people. How many times it happens that u have an idea and a CEO and CMO sits with you on it, listens and understand it, and lets you try it out, and implement it, or share learnings if fails? Mind you, this is coming from an employee who actually couldnt pace up and left, but till then, enjoyed every minute of working here.
