- Many employees within organisation are actively seeking new opportunities due to unrealistic project timelines, top management misbehaving with employees, unprofessional behaviour is causing employees to feel disheartened. - Lack of work life balance and minimal family time, employees are even required to work on weekends - Restrictive work environment reminiscent of bygone era

It used to be a great company but not anymore

- VP and Some Engineering managers are the ones who do not know anything about engineering. they work whole day on excel sheets. sometimes they are not even capable of managing resources. Unrealistic timelines - 3 months of work they ask to be done in 3 weeks then a top guy comes asking and scolding why there's no quality in best design in the work. Even though He's the one doing everything with those vp and managers. Most of the people here are already looking out for change. HR on top of everything talks very unprofessionally. he will make you feel miserable. Whoever fights for and not accepting timelines is put in a negative zone and soon in PIP. One Engineering manager - he doesn't even know how to talk. He doesn't even understand a word about any tech. Most of the Top management is a friend of each other from past. None of them are actually coming from a good company. they haven't done anything recognisable in thier life and now they are leading engineering. Whatever is happening CTO is very well aware. But he doesn't care anymore. CTO and his top management friends are here in the company just till IPO , They will make money and they will live and that's why they have stopped thinking about quality at all....Read More

This hurry-up approach leads to errors, requiring revisions and taking double the time, it would normally take if tasks were handled more methodically. 2) Work on Weekends: - Higher authorities frequently request employees to work on weekends, which impacts work-life balance. A clearer and more respectful boundary for working hours would be appreciated. 3) Parking Issues: - Parking space is a significant concern. The current infrastructure does not seem to accommodate the needs of employees, causing inconvenience. 4) Last but not the least need special attentions for this Diwali BONUS were not provided to employee. There are no refreshments or outings provided, and the work pressure is immense with little to no appreciation. Pay, especially variable compensation, is often delayed, and they may adjust your ratings to deduct amounts. HR lacks transparency and fails to provide satisfactory answers.
