The HR policies are worst. Nothing happens on timely manner. Appraisal/bonus is processed very late late. Expect 14-15 hours of work daily, including weekends if you are involved in an important project. No over time, no weekend allowance policy. You lose months waiting for the appraisal. Fake promises from HR. The timeline changes again and again. Not a great place to work.

This hurry-up approach leads to errors, requiring revisions and taking double the time, it would normally take if tasks were handled more methodically. 2) Work on Weekends: - Higher authorities frequently request employees to work on weekends, which impacts work-life balance. A clearer and more respectful boundary for working hours would be appreciated. 3) Parking Issues: - Parking space is a significant concern. The current infrastructure does not seem to accommodate the needs of employees, causing inconvenience. 4) Last but not the least need special attentions for this Diwali BONUS were not provided to employee.
