This hurry-up approach leads to errors, requiring revisions and taking double the time, it would normally take if tasks were handled more methodically. 2) Work on Weekends: - Higher authorities frequently request employees to work on weekends, which impacts work-life balance. A clearer and more respectful boundary for working hours would be appreciated. 3) Parking Issues: - Parking space is a significant concern. The current infrastructure does not seem to accommodate the needs of employees, causing inconvenience. 4) Last but not the least need special attentions for this Diwali BONUS were not provided to employee. One of the most challenging aspects is the management, particularly the Chief Human Resources Officer, who can be quite rude. There are no refreshments or outings provided, and the work pressure is immense with little to no appreciation. Pay, especially variable compensation, is often delayed, and they may adjust your ratings to deduct amounts. HR lacks transparency and fails to provide satisfactory answers.
