The management can't think about they employees if project will stop they said immediately last working day. If the dependency is there said said sweet sweet promises else said we are unable to do any thing.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
