Team work is good. Other than that nothing I have seen.

I'm working from 1.9 Years in this company. There is no proper management especially from Directors if we are working in support team, if we ask them for project change with respect to learning new technologies, there is no response from Directors/HR's/Managers. I haven't learned anything from the day one in Infovision. There is no encouraging or appreciation in work. What ever client says Directors will agree on that and ask us to force to work extra hours with zero payments. If we forcefully come out the project you will be in bench. After one month HR will ask us to resign. This was happen to multiple employees from January months. Old employees who extend shifts apart from working hours. For those people who are going to bench there will not going to allocate the new project because we are not aware of new technologies (In Support Project are using downgrade technologies) They give the reason that there are no projects. But continuously they hire new employees and allocate them, they ignoring the old employees\....Read More
