The salary structure is competitive and they try to take care of employee benefits, but it is on a surface level

Dislikes

The business leader of the digital analytics team is someone who has no understanding of this field. He had hired someone to lead the team who is even more incompetent and they together have ruined this team, causing a lot of pain to everyone around. The so called "Business leader" and his manager's concepts are extremely dated and they both have a chronic issue of not admitting that they are wrong. If they don't understand something, which is most of the times, they would just say that this will not work. The HR surprisingly doesn't get involved and that leaves them doing what they want. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
