when contract with client ends you will loose your job. Don't fall in trap the client will make you permanent and if contract ends we will provide you employment after that. It has something called 2 months cooling period. After you unemployed for 2 months they will provide you interview with other client. Anyone without any recruitment exp (EVEN FRESHERS) but with good English com skills gets around 15000 rupees a month (with 2000 plus deduction related PF, EPIC.) Well I personally don't like night shifts as all my sleep schedule gets disrupted but it totally depends on person to person. Salaries are average. Laptops they give to work at home are too slow. Specifications are really poor.
