Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. I joined as fresher after completing my graduation. Training was very good and work life balance is nice. No work pressure. Good salary increments. Management is very flexible & friendly. Recommended for any freshers who wants to start career in US IT recruiting and bench sales recruiting.
