Work life balance in the team that i was working was pretty good. Superb team mates. Great campus to roam around

Dislikes

Promotion cycle is very slow. To become eligible for a band up promotion, you need to wait for 4 years. Increment % is like peanuts. No where close to country inflation %. Company is more and more focused to give returns to shareholders rather than thinking about employee wellbeing

It was an nice company to work at. There was hands on learning on the job. The management was very employee friendly. The workplace and the work environment is great with ample opportunities to take care of ones health with the facilities provided post work hours. I found the overall experience is satisfying.

The growth is a tad slow

Suggestions please

Currently working as technology lead With 9 years experience. Current ctc is 14.6 with variable. Got an offer in tcs with 21LPA including variable pay of 3.7LPA Is This offer is comes under market standard. Is it good offer to grab or search for better offer. I feel This 3.7 is literally more variable then other companies. Please give some suggestions.
