One can expect good amount and freedom to express himself and the colleagues, seniors around him support this, push him to become better.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. It gets really hectic at times. Employee should be somehow able to manage it all by himself.

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

a technical lead

Suggestions please

Currently working as technology lead With 9 years experience. Current ctc is 14.6 with variable. Got an offer in tcs with 21LPA including variable pay of 3.7LPA Is This offer is comes under market standard. Is it good offer to grab or search for better offer. I feel This 3.7 is literally more variable then other companies. Please give some suggestions.
