The clients selection and the quality knowledge that we receive. The salary is pretty much low paid as compared to other company with quarterly variables. Team coordination is good. The Manager is excellent for the team. Lots of open learnings.

Dislikes

The Admin is arrogant. The behaviour of the HR is not good at all. I dont know why after so many complains the management is not changing the hr. Parking space is very low. Ohh Sorry the salary is so low that i cannot own a car. Anyways theres a culture people coming and joining and leaving. The customer success team is Customer Support basically to troubleshoot but no proper solution training.

1% incentive. Lowest in my entire carrer, that too after asking. Manipulative and victim card player Manager. No idea for partner channel ecosystem. Blind Target. Leave this company to save your blood, my advice. Salary equivalent to inside sales. Job of entire sales team. Abuses all ex employees. If you resign be prepared. No acknowledgement of work. Recently there were townhall session and Director promised to solve the problems. The management wants to improve the overall situation. Thank you sir. The latest party was amazing. Please make RnR session monthly. Visit us in basement and thats all we want.

These are not dislikes but I want to improve. Cannot speak in public in townhall because someof your Managers are 3rd Class. Please enable direct connect with you for any employee. Also upgrade 1 problem per month this should boost moral. Please ask Admin to reply in human behaviour,not in arrogant. Make the promotions smooth. Open your ears and see which employee is contributing more rather than as an usual feedback from your managers. Because i heard from other dept also Managers take credits. Here is one suggestion, somebody spending with you more than a decade doesnet mean he is certified manager. Also ask sonu not to cheat us on money. Rest you are good and please take it as positive. Worked more than a year. Good vision but lacks execution. Bad Managers eats credits. The work of an Avp is done by our mini manager.

The note starts with extreme low salary and lack of work life balance. The worst part is sales department will send somebody to discuss project but she queries about salaries of every guy and will provike every single day to leave job as if she is an spy and wastes max time. The only thing inam giving 5 stars because director is good and promising. The director has vission but looks like the managers are not given downloads.

Early morning Internet sucks and entire organization gets affected and nobody takes action. Asking they say to use other networks by asking permission from Uncle and aunty. Like teally you want to make us take permission to use office internet. The last person leaving the organization should not be the employee but the Managers. Manager is King. The atmosphere is relaxing. No hard targets. no actions if we dont meet target. Incentives per deal and in cash. Amazing atmosphere. Really good company. Unlimited paid leaves. We get to keep laptops in office to avoid work from home after working hours.

Dislikes

Incentives 1% could be higher as compared to industry minimum 5%. Incentives and variables could have been different. 1year long promotions. We need regions. People are working in a single region only.

Nothing is good here, not even god can find good things here, your physical and internal health will affect with in a month by joining this company due to unhygienic work place and poor water quality. They only do fake promises and post fake reviews , so don't trust on their ratings and their good reviews. High work pressure and micromanagement, with no benefits plan for employees. HR manager is terrible, fake, arrogant, useless, lack of ethics in communication. Managers are decade employees, who lacks the necessary skills. Managers micromanage, communicate in unprofessional manner, they only shouts and use abusive language with employees. Unhygienic water, lots of mosquitoes in work area, unresponsive management, poor and minimal leave policy, no health benefit plan, Arrogant management.
