They don't care about the employee once you resign they will force to you to serve complete notice period not even one day of relaxation. They will give last working day also between the week not on Friday. They will force you to submit timesheets on 4 platforms to update your leaves they have 4-5 trackers. They have very few clients they will not allow you to take leave. There are not any exceptional perks of working at this firm

Dislikes

Work culture is very bad. No fix time hours. Always asks to strech the work hours. Manager will ask you to compensate over weekend in case of medical leave also. Lack of managerial skills in managers. Senior management never supports their employee nor you can expect any help in case of any issue.
