Only hikes per year between 8 to 9 Percent.

They don't care about the employee once you resign they will force to you to serve complete notice period not even one day of relaxation. They will give last working day also between the week not on Friday. They will force you to submit timesheets on 4 platforms to update your leaves they have 4-5 trackers. They have very few clients they will not allow you to take leave. They will ask you to work on weekends and public holidays and at the end you will not be able to use any of your annual leaves....Read More
