Associate Director do lots of Politics & Back Beaching, if ur against her, she will make plan to sack u out from Company with fake Errors in work against u. If u obey what she want, u will promoted else u will be on same position for ages. Associate Director will also take personal grudges and will try to remove from company withoutany prior notice. Even if u raise complaint to HR, they will against u. HR will not listen to u....Read More
