Very good on-the-job training as well as online training. I joined as a fresher and now within 8 months of joining, I was trained on .net core and dapper. Post training I also got the chance on real time product development. Even during the pandemic, I received a good percentage of hike as usually companies will not give hike withinfirst year of joining. It was a pleasant surprise because I was least expecting it. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
