Very good on-the-job training as well as online training. I joined as a fresher and now within 8 months of joining, I was trained on .net core and dapper. Post training I also got the chance on real time product development. Even during the pandemic, I received a good percentage of hike as usually companies will not give hike withinfirst year of joining. It was a pleasant surprise because I was least expecting it. I learnt here a lot as fresher. Full freedom is given to employees so that they can perform their best. You don't need to ask for any salary growth, it is automatically done once in a year.

Dislikes

All teammates are good except a few. But such odd people you will find in all company. But it does not matter, till you perform and do your best.
