Supportive culture, attractive incentives to employees, Directors are treating their employees as their family. Great place to work. Office is very nice like a MNC's office. Culture of the organisation is employee friendly. Even in Covid 19 pendamic this Organisation has not deducted a single penny of thier employees in fact it was surprising that they processed salaries in advance for groceries and other necessities.
