If you are looking to gain in-depth knowledge in DNS and DHCP, Infoblox can be beneficial. However, since the product is limited to these core functions, there isn't a lot of variety or additional learning opportunities beyond these areas.

Management should address these issues: Favoritism: The TAC team is predominantly composed of individuals from Kerala, including the managers. This results in favoritism, with management promoting their own people, evenif they lack the necessary knowledge in case handling and technology. Diversity: Despite frequent LinkedIn posts about "Infoblox is hiring," there appears to be a bias against hiring candidates from the North, often citing "Mother Tongue Influence" as a reason for rejection. However, internally, there are many employees from the south with significant levels of MTI. Management: Across all levels of management, you will encounter inconsistencies. Managers often disregard the documented processes and impose their own interpretations of what the process should be. It is crucial for management to adhere to the actual documented processes that need to be followed. Allowance: Don't expect substantial financial rewards in terms of appraisals, increments, bonuses, or shift allowances. The amounts provided are often minimal, accompanied by a generous dose of "appreciation." Hiring: When hired, you will initially be on Randstand payroll with a one-year agreement, thus missing out on the actual benefits of Infoblox. During this period, your performance in training and other processes will be evaluated. However, the criteria for becoming a full-time employee (FTE) at Infoblox are not clearly communicated.
