The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the that i am a part of a team. I also Like the employee re-hire policy here.
Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours.
Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as well as manage day-to-day yield operation. I will get recognized for all this effort. It will be a great learning experience.

I joined this organisation as Research associate and become promoted as Associate Team Lead, work culture is good, you like office infrastructure, but after a period you might feel that you are same level from where have you been started.

Overall company is good, salary is on time. If you do what they say then you can be there for years otherwise which day is your last you will never know like me.
Working hours more then 10-11 hours and work load is also more then handle. Didn't get respect as a developer. You are a labour only. Be aware with HR Krupa and some related persons in tech team managers. Developers are working at 2 am in night without extra pay with respect like he/she is a donkey. All credit will taken by manager Richa(new owner of IA) and Abhishek. You need to be prepare for HR Krupa meeting twice a month without doing anything wrong, If do something wrong then be ready twice a week. In one word, kaam karne valo ko kuch nhi mil raha. bina skills and knowledge vale higher position per hai. Management has ZERO clarity on what to do or what iA wants its employees to do. Managers and directors(graduate from the IIT and IIM) are leaving it within 6 months. iA doesn't expect 9 hours of work, they expect 16-17 hours.
