Worst company ever i joined in my career

Nice people to work with. everyone from teammates to people at senior and managerial levels is approachable and friendly. I always got praise and honest feedback for my work. Never saw any negativity or unnecessary drama too.

Nothing, i could not get the sale in 1 month, so they removed me. Also they provide lowest salary.

Lot of things, there's no any particular time of exiting from office, some people use to work till 10-11 PM, and it is just a normal thing for them. They provide lowest salary. If you won't get sale in 1 month they are definitely going to remove you.

The company has a strong market presence and is continuously seeing good growth. Thus with lots of projects coming in, we also get to work at different levels of challenges.So it's best exposure one can get especially if someone who has just graduated

Seniors encourage you to take ownership and it’s good to work in an open environment where you can work independently and still be a part of the team. This approach has helped me do my best and build confidence in my role.

I got nice exposure to the edtech industry and worked on different projects from scratch. The pace of work is fast so you need to work hard to deliver quality results. That is expected. Management is also good and takes efforts to balance learning, working, and having fun. We celebrate all our achievements and regularly have some events or outings planned.

Growth is possible, but with that comes more responsibilities so be prepared.

It's flexible office timings gives some relief to employees. Alternative Saturday are offs

I worked as subject matter expert. I have to review the doubts solved by vendors. There is nothing to learn. We loose our teaching skills and subject knowledge if you work there for long hours.

Good benefit packages, like leaves, medical coverage, and so on, and a supportive work environment is there that has helped me in building a career path. Really, many like these aspects here have helped me grow well here and that's one of the reason I enjoy my work in this company.

The best work place to work and grow, especially if you are just starting out. The environment is motivating and the colleagues are co-operative. i had great exposure and many opportunities to manage projects independently early in my career. There are always new things to learn and explore , making work both enjoyable and interesting
