Best that I love about this company - Giving new mothers a long paid break to take care of their babies. Making sure everyone has good health insurance. Helping employees keep learning and growing in their careers. Having friendly co-workers who support each other. Lots of chances to learn new things. Paying well and making sure employees are happy with their salary.

There isn't much space for slacking off here; you need to stay attentive and proactive.

I truly enjoy my job. I've been learning a lot about managing my assigned responsibilities. My colleagues have been extremely supportive. We not only work well together but also have fun. We celebrate even the smallest achievements with enthusiasm in office, and regularly have engaging in-house activities. I genuinely appreciate the positive atmosphere here and am thankful for the job opportunity.

This place has lots of chances foe everyone, but it's important to grab them yourself, especially if you're new. People here work together openly, and being on a team with creative thinkers is exciting. If you do your best, you'll get noticed for sure. Plus, learning and growing here really push you head. Once you've done that, there's no stopping how far you can go.

On a very difficult UI designing project, my senior colleagues spent time with me to discuss on creative ideas, and that helped me a lot in my learning curve. It is something that made me become more creative in my designing skills and creative thinking abilities. Work atmosphere is stress-free and there is always a good vibe in the office. People are professional and make it easy to get work done. Training sessions are also frequently arranged so that we can stay updated. Pay and compensation are fair.

Monotonous work It is work from the office only, no WFH, but as I said the atmosphere is stress-free so it feels comfortable.

Work is very result-focused so it can be challenging but helps you learn, enhance skills. Employees even get autonomy and flexibility to handle tasks which I appreciate. In a short time, I have acquired vast knowledge about the edtech industry

Nothing big…with time, expectations are more so is the work. Once you understand the demands, it is easy to handle

I got nice exposure to the edtech industry and worked on different projects from scratch. The pace of work is fast so you need to work hard to deliver quality results. That is expected. Management is also good and takes efforts to balance learning, working, and having fun. We celebrate all our achievements and regularly have some events or outings planned.

Growth is possible, but with that comes more responsibilities so be prepared.

I worked as subject matter expert. I have to review the doubts solved by vendors. There is nothing to learn. We loose our teaching skills and subject knowledge if you work there for long hours.
