it can be tough to work as an assistant manager when you are given multiple things at the same time. At Infiniti, I never faced the problem of doing several things all at once. I am given enough time to execute the tasks one by one. So, I am able to peacefully work without being in a confused state of mind.

Dislikes

The work timings are fine. They can be adjusted also. But when work is more, working for hours can be required.

In my former office, I was the only research associate. So, there was not much scope for discussing things related to work. Thankfully, there is a complete team here. The other associates are quite knowledgeable. Working with them has been very meaningful so far.

The lunch hours are not long enough to properly freshen up your mind. Most of the time, I quickly to spare a few minutes to talk to my colleagues.

We have enough employees in the team. But some of them don't take initiative to work more. Hence, the extra burden comes on a few.

I joined here a few months before the coronavirus pandemic. I was really happy with everything, especially the culture. But as the lockdown started, I was slightly worried about my job's security here. Now that 2 years are over, I have no such worries. I know my job will be safe here as long as I sincerely work.

Infiniti Research's management is nice. Sometimes, the people of the management connect with the employees to know if they are encountering any issues. This is very thoughtful of the management. I also feel that this company's work culture is perfect for employees. They can be completely dedicated at work when such is the culture. It should be maintained the same way in the future too.

If you want to work with a company that knows that as an employee, you have a personal life too, then you should definitely go for Infiniti Research. Because I am able to finish my work on time, I Can completely relax during personal hours. The company is concerned about work completion but doesn't want you to toil extra hours unnecessarily.

Some employees may find the work timings fine but I think that multiple shifts should be an option.

I worked in a company before this one. The work timings were pretty odd. They began working at 11 in the morning and continued till the night. I would reach home by 10 in the evening. Luckily, the work timings of Infiniti research are not like this. I can reach the office and return home on time
