Very friendly culture between boss and employee in company. Always work on the latest technology. Every year gives a good hike in salary.

Small organization so there is no training system available for fresher so we need to guide new employee step by step.

My work is to manage the team as i am team leader and manage the project of magento as well laravel and give day to day work report to client.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
