It has been observed that some long-tenured employees within the company tend to exert considerable influence and engage in political dynamics, irrespective of the newcomers' seniority. Unfortunately, instances of oversight concerningthe actions of these long-standing individuals by the top management, even through HR channels, have been noted. Furthermore, there have been occasions where HR personnel have undergone multiple changes within the company due to challenges posed by individuals who appear to evade accountability and place blame on others, without contributing substantively. It is important to note that there may be a tendency to initially overlook individuals before potentially targeting them for removal over minor infractions.
