Really I face very bad experience in my journey with Infinite. There are two worst persons in the Hope team and they will play so much politics and spoil the work culture. As a manager who is taking Hope team responsibility don’t have Min exp but she will do the manager position and in the team one more old lady is there and she is worst person and ruins the male employees life making them blame by using feminism. Even the Management also will not look for both sides and will simply listen female employees words and simply ruins the male employees life. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
