If you are hardworking and ambitious person, do not join this company. It will ruin your Professional as well as your personal life. Management has no respect for any people. If you have another opportunity, go for it. These people are not what they looks like. Terrible company ever. In event of lockdown, they gave us work from home. Sunday was also working. And when we rejoind they cut our leaves despite of working. Worst of all, in panademic condition, even if work from home is possible for them for design part, they make mandatory for everyone to come office and risked our life without any concerns. ▪︎First thing strikes me about this company is that its CEO always comes to office before 9:00 AM which is company's punch in time. ▪︎They people recognize potential in employees and give them good salary hike and bonus too.

▪︎I think , working hours should be decreased to 8 hours as opposed to 9 hours. It will ease our daily life. ▪︎Every weekend should be week-off.
