If you are hardworking and ambitious person, do not join this company. It will ruin your Professional as well as your personal life. Management has no respect for any people. If you have another opportunity, go for it. These people are not what they looks like. Terrible company ever. In event of lockdown, they gave us work from home. Sunday was also working. And when we rejoind they cut our leaves despite of working. Worst of all, in panademic condition, even if work from home is possible for them for design part, they make mandatory for everyone to come office and risked our life without any concerns. Very poor management, owner and general manager has no respect of any age of employee. Owner is only thinking about exploitation of employee and if you are a fresher, they will do the bond 2 lakh for 2 years even your salary is only 10k. HR and all are only puppet.They have no respect of any level of diginity. Very poor compony and management

Very slow growth. Working ours can be upto 13-14 hours without any extra compensation. HR department is only for passing instructions from owner to employees. They look for money in employee like they took 2 lakhs from me to freed me from company. I have a bond to pass atleast two years. I have served 1 year 4 months. Still they hadtaken 2 lakhs fully without giving any single rupee weive off. In those 16 months they have not given me increment even once.
